Tina Cloer, President and CEO
Her own upbringing in an at-risk family living under the poverty line fuels her desire to ensure that every child can thrive, and that all families have access to the resources that can support them on their paths to well-being.
Tina is an expert in deploying progressive business strategy in a nonprofit environment. With 30 years of nonprofit management experience, she understands the importance of community systems that work together so that children and families have access to the resources needed to overcome generational poverty and the impact of childhood trauma.
She participates in several volunteer roles related to improving the lives of children and families and invests her time in growing other nonprofit leaders. Her current board service includes IARCA and Charitable Allies. Ms. Cloer holds a M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, in addition to earning an undergraduate degree from DePauw University. In her free time, Tina enjoys reading, home renovation projects, mixed media art and gardening. She is the mother of three young adults, and has been married to her husband, Ron, for 33 years.
