Specializing in adult mental health, I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adults facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based intervention. I have provided therapy to individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings, including crisis residential and community health centers. Megan is a licensed clinical social worker and BIP certified therapist specializing in domestic violence counseling for both survivors and individuals who engage in abusive behaviors. Megan provides these services to adults 18 and older and provides individual and group therapy services. With a compassionate approach, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and alter harmful thought patterns, utilizes the strengths perspective to build on their existing resources and resilience, and employs person-centered therapy to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment. By combining these methods, Megan support and empowers clients in addressing their past trauma, developing healthier behaviors, and achieving their ultimate goals for well-being and recovery.

Tyler Jean is a practicing LSW in the state of Indiana. She achieved her MSW in 2020 from Indiana University-Indianapolis. She provides care to teens and adults, both telehealth and in person, who struggle with mental health and addictions. Tyler utilizes Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT to build upon a client's personal strengths. Her focus is to help clients build confidence and modify behaviors by encouraging them to challenge thoughts, feelings, and actions that are keeping them from living a value-based life.

I am a licensed clinical social worker that specializes in serving folks that have experienced complex trauma. I am formally trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also love to incorporate internal family systems (IFS) and polyvagal theory into my practice. I enjoy working with folks that are 18 years or older. I am also passionate about serving folks in the LGBTQ community.

Marissa is a license social worker trained in Theraplay, DBT, TF-CBT, and AIP certified working with individuals who are both victims and engage in domestic violence. Marissa primarily works with a range of individuals from as young as 5 years old to 40 years old. Marissa is particularly attuned to the needs of LGBTQ individuals, women, children who have been victims of abuse, and people of color. Marissa also works with residential youth, assisting in crisis management and solution focused therapy. Marissa strives to create a space for change and safety so that all individuals can thrive. Marissa believes that all people are worthy of healing no matter their circumstances or background.
