Vous les gars\u2026 Je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit et je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te. Vous ne pouvez pas \u00eatre un parent adoptif en silo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Eh bien, pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate\u2026 vous pouvez. Mais cela va \u00eatre beaucoup plus difficile et les chances de bien le faire vont honn\u00eatement diminuer. Alors, comment trouver votre aide ?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

J'ai parl\u00e9 des communaut\u00e9s de soins dans le pass\u00e9 et celles-ci constituent un excellent moyen pour les familles d'accueil de recevoir de l'aide. Au cas o\u00f9 vous auriez manqu\u00e9 ce message, il s'agit d'un soutien global de 4 \u00e0 6 personnes (ou plus si la famille d'accueil a de nombreux enfants) et peut \u00eatre une source de soutien importante et coh\u00e9rente pour une famille d'accueil.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Mais tout le monde n\u2019a pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une Care Community. En fait, la plupart des parents d\u2019accueil ne le font pas\u2026 alors que font-ils ?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>J'encourage les parents d'accueil \u00e0 former un syst\u00e8me de soutien largement compos\u00e9 d'autres parents d'accueil. Cela dit, cela doit absolument inclure \u00e9galement les parents non adoptifs, car qui d'autre allez-vous recruter en les attirant lentement dans votre monde ?!? Mais tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieusement, votre soutien devrait comprendre les deux.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Alors, o\u00f9 trouvez-vous ces parents adoptifs ? J'ai trouv\u00e9 le mien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'\u00e9glise et \u00e0 un groupe de soutien aux parents d'accueil et adoptifs. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'en conna\u00eetre beaucoup et c'est comme si les vannes s'ouvraient\u2026 nous sommes TELLEMENT BEAUCOUP qu'il est souvent difficile de croire que vous ne les avez pas toujours vus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0T<\/span>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces connexions, trouvez vos proches\u2026 ceux avec qui vous cliquez, ceux qui \u00ab chantent la m\u00eame chanson \u00bb, ceux qui sont parents comme vous (ou comme vous SOUHAITEZ que vous le fassiez). Et puis marchez \u00e0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s\u2026 et il y a de fortes chances qu\u2019ils vous rendent la pareille.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Les familles non adoptives seront les amis et la famille d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans votre vie qui voudront vous accompagner et vous soutenir dans ce nouveau chapitre.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Alors pourquoi, exactement, avons-nous besoin de ces personnes et de leur soutien dans nos vies ?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Premi\u00e8rement, vous allez avoir des rendez-vous\u2026 beaucoup de rendez-vous, donc\u2026 beaucoup.de rendez-vous. Les rendez-vous chez le m\u00e9decin et les rendez-vous pour la th\u00e9rapie, les audiences et les visites au tribunal et tout le reste. Plus juste la vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Oui<\/span>ous aurez besoin d'aide pour amener l'enfant ici, l\u00e0 et partout\u2026 surtout s'il y a plus d'un enfant. Que vous travailliez \u00e0 temps plein, \u00e0 temps partiel, que vous alliez \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole ou toute combinaison de ces choses, vous aurez besoin d'aide.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Maintenant, n<\/span>o On comprend ce que vous vivez comme les autres dans le m\u00eame bateau, donc \u00e7a aide de les avoir d\u00e9finitivement dans votre coin. Mais les amis et la famille (qui ne sont peut-\u00eatre pas dans le m\u00eame bateau) veulent certainement aussi aider. Ils ne comprennent peut-\u00eatre pas toujours ce qui se passe dans votre monde, mais il est probable qu\u2019ils veuillent vous aider. Je vous encourage donc \u00e0 profiter de leurs offres. Parfois, si on vous propose un repas, ou un retrait de courses ou autre chose au magasin\u2026 dites oui \u00e0 cela ; toujours un oui !<\/span><\/p>\n

Je sais ce que vous pensez\u00a0: parfois, c'est embarrassant ou on dirait que vous ne pouvez pas le g\u00e9rer. Mais honn\u00eatement, peut-\u00eatre que vous ne pouvez pas\u2026 du moins pas ce jour-l\u00e0. Ou une semaine. Et c'est OK.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Accepter de l\u2019aide ne signifie pas que vous ne pouvez pas le faire. Vous le pouvez tout \u00e0 fait, mais peut-\u00eatre pouvez-vous le faire mieux avec un peu d\u2019aide. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pratiquement tout ce que vous faites peut \u00eatre fait plus facilement avec de l'aide\u2026 pourquoi le placement familial serait-il diff\u00e9rent ?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
