Lorsqu\u2019on soutient un proche aux prises avec de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou de la panique, il peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficile de savoir comment l\u2019aider.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les gens paniquent, leur cerveau entre dans un \u00e9tat de \u00ab combat, fuite ou gel \u00bb o\u00f9 la survie est le seul objectif. Il est donc difficile de les raisonner, de les calmer ou de les distraire de leur panique. Avoir une conversation productive avec quelqu&#039;un dans cet \u00e9tat n&#039;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas r\u00e9aliste, alors essayez de donner la priorit\u00e9 au soutien plut\u00f4t qu&#039;\u00e0 la raison. Soyez simplement l\u00e0 pour eux jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que leur fr\u00e9quence cardiaque diminue et que la panique se dissipe.<\/p>\n<p>Raisonner, \u00e9duquer et calmer les gens pendant cette pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 n\u2019est utile que lorsque la personne est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00e9couter.
