Esta vez les voy a golpear con una cita de un padre de crianza temporal: "Aceptar ayuda no significa que no pueda hacer esto".<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chicos\u2026 He dicho esto antes y lo dir\u00e9 de nuevo. No se puede ser un padre adoptivo en un silo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bueno, para ser justos... puedes hacerlo. Pero ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil y, honestamente, las posibilidades de hacerlo bien disminuir\u00e1n. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo encuentras ayuda?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He hablado de comunidades de cuidado en el pasado y \u00e9stas son una gran manera en que las familias de crianza pueden recibir ayuda. En caso de que se haya perdido esa publicaci\u00f3n, este es un apoyo integral de 4 a 6 personas (o m\u00e1s si la familia de crianza tiene muchos hijos) y puede ser una fuente excelente y constante de apoyo para una familia de crianza.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pero no todo el mundo tiene acceso a una Care Community. De hecho, la mayor\u00eda de los padres de crianza no lo hacen... entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacen?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Animo a los padres de crianza a formar un sistema de apoyo compuesto en gran medida por otros padres de crianza. Ahora bien, dicho esto, definitivamente tambi\u00e9n debe incluir a los padres que no son de acogida, porque \u00bf\u00a1\u00bfa qui\u00e9n m\u00e1s reclutar\u00e1s atray\u00e9ndolos lentamente a tu mundo?!? \u00a0<\/span>Entonces, \u00bfd\u00f3nde se encuentran estos padres adoptivos? Encontr\u00e9 el m\u00edo a trav\u00e9s de la iglesia y de un grupo de apoyo para padres de crianza y adoptivos. No necesitas saber muchos y luego es como si se abrieran las compuertas... somos TANTOS que a menudo es dif\u00edcil creer que no siempre los viste.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0T<\/span>A trav\u00e9s de estas conexiones, encuentre a su gente... aquellos con quienes hace clic, los que \u201ccantan la misma canci\u00f3n\u201d, los que son padres como usted lo hace (o como DESEA que lo hiciera). Y luego simplemente camina junto a ellos... y lo m\u00e1s probable es que te correspondan.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Las familias que no son de acogida ser\u00e1n los amigos y familiares que ya est\u00e1n en su vida y que querr\u00e1n acompa\u00f1arlo y apoyarlo en este nuevo cap\u00edtulo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 exactamente necesitamos a estas personas y su apoyo en nuestras vidas?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Primero, vas a tener citas... muchas citas, tantas.citas. Citas con el m\u00e9dico, citas de terapia, audiencias judiciales, visitas y todo eso. Adem\u00e1s de la vida en general.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Y<\/span>Necesitar\u00e1 ayuda para llevar al ni\u00f1o aqu\u00ed, all\u00e1 y a todas partes... especialmente si hay m\u00e1s de un ni\u00f1o. Independientemente de si trabaja a tiempo completo, a tiempo parcial o va a la escuela, o cualquier combinaci\u00f3n de esas cosas, necesitar\u00e1 ayuda.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Ahora, norte<\/span>Uno entiende lo que est\u00e1 experimentando al igual que otros en el mismo barco, por lo que definitivamente ayuda tenerlos de su lado. Pero los amigos y familiares (que tal vez no est\u00e9n en el mismo barco) definitivamente tambi\u00e9n quieren ayudar. S\u00e9 lo que est\u00e1s pensando: a veces te da verg\u00fcenza o parece que no puedes soportarlo. Pero, sinceramente, tal vez no puedas... al menos no ese d\u00eda. O semana. Y eso est\u00e1 bien.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Aceptar ayuda no significa que no puedas hacerlo. Es totalmente posible, pero tal vez puedas hacerlo mejor con un poco de ayuda adicional. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier cosa que hagas se puede hacer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente con ayuda... \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el cuidado de crianza ser\u00eda diferente?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
