Luego, si todo sale bien, tal vez puedan mencionar algunos otros. Pero esa es solo mi opini\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Todo esto para decir: aqu\u00ed hay algunas ideas que yo (y algunos otros colaboradores) tenemos sobre c\u00f3mo la escuela puede ayudar a los ni\u00f1os bajo tutela.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 El uso de palabras como \u201cadulto\u201d en lugar de \u201cpadre\u201d fomenta un sentido de pertenencia para todos los ni\u00f1os, no solo para los ni\u00f1os bajo cuidado.<br \/>\n\u2022 Se tiene en cuenta al hacer proyectos relacionados con \u00e1rboles geneal\u00f3gicos, fotograf\u00edas de beb\u00e9s o familias o debates en clase.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ir un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 con eso: permitir que el estudiante haga dos regalos para el D\u00eda de la Madre o el D\u00eda del Padre, o regalos de Navidad\/festividades, de modo que haya uno para la familia biol\u00f3gica y otro para la familia de acogida (si as\u00ed lo eligen)<br \/>\n\u2022 Comunicarse con los padres adoptivos con anticipaci\u00f3n (si es posible) cuando habr\u00e1 un maestro sustituto.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ofrecer intervenci\u00f3n relacional basada en la confianza (TBRI) \/ capacitaci\u00f3n basada en el trauma para todo el personal<br \/>\n\u2022 Dar gracia a un estudiante que falta a clase debido a un tribunal, una visita de los padres, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proporcionar espacio en el aula (o en alg\u00fan lugar de la escuela) donde un ni\u00f1o pueda tener un descanso sensorial o un \u201cespacio para calmarse\u201d; puede ser algo tan simple como una peque\u00f1a carpa, un columpio cerrado, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Permitir que el ni\u00f1o vaya al ba\u00f1o siempre que lo necesite.<br \/>\n\u2022 Permitir que el estudiante coma un refrigerio o beba agua cuando lo necesite.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ofrecer grupos de amigos, apoyo y duelo en el lugar para ni\u00f1os bajo cuidado, facilitados por adultos capacitados.<br \/>\n\u2022 Extender gracia al ni\u00f1o cada d\u00eda; los maestros y el personal le dan un borr\u00f3n y cuenta nueva y no permiten que los errores o problemas del d\u00eda anterior se trasladen al d\u00eda siguiente.<br \/>\n\u2022 El director y los maestros deben comprender que el ni\u00f1o puede tener dificultades desde el primer d\u00eda o incluso despu\u00e9s de un \u201cper\u00edodo de luna de miel\u201d.
