Tambi\u00e9n conocido como D\u00eda de la Libertad, el 16 de junio se lleva a cabo el\u00a019 de junio\u00a0<\/strong>Cada a\u00f1o para conmemorar las \u00f3rdenes federales de 1865 le\u00eddas en Galveston, Texas, establec\u00edan que todas las personas previamente esclavizadas en Texas eran libres. Tenga en cuenta que esto fue dos a\u00f1os y medio.\u00a0despu\u00e9s\u00a0<\/u>La Proclamaci\u00f3n de Emancipaci\u00f3n del Presidente Lincoln, \u00a1que se hizo oficial el 1 de enero de 1863!
