Esto hace que sea dif\u00edcil razonar con ellos, calmarlos o distraerlos de su p\u00e1nico. Tener una conversaci\u00f3n productiva con alguien en este estado no suele ser realista, as\u00ed que intenta que tu prioridad sea el apoyo en lugar de la raz\u00f3n.
