Nur um Sie auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen, falls Sie es verpasst haben: Dysreife liegt vor, wenn ein Kind ein chronologisches Alter hat, aber ein v\u00f6llig anderes (j\u00fcngeres) Reifealter; oft, aber nicht immer, wird gesch\u00e4tzt, dass ein Kind, das mit Dysreife zu k\u00e4mpfen hat, die Reife der H\u00e4lfte seines chronologischen Alters hat. Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnte es sein, dass ein Kind chronologisch 10 Jahre alt ist, aber die Reife eines Achtj\u00e4hrigen hat. Es k\u00f6nnte bedeuten, dass es 10 Jahre alt ist und die Reife eines Zweij\u00e4hrigen hat. Oder es k\u00f6nnte tats\u00e4chlich genau in der Mitte der Reife eines F\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigen liegen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt jedoch eine andere Diagnose, die eher zu dem passt, was Ihr Kind zeigt: gemischte Reife. Gemischte Reife bedeutet, dass sich ein Kind eines bestimmten chronologischen Alters in manchen Situationen wie jemand viel J\u00fcngeres und in anderen Situationen wie jemand viel \u00c4lteres verh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Um es klar zu sagen: Die meisten Menschen haben einen unterschiedlichen Reifegrad. Es kann sein, dass Sie in manchen Bereichen Ihrer Pers\u00f6nlichkeit extrem reif sind und in anderen weniger. Davon spreche ich nicht. Ich meine, wenn es bei ein und demselben Kind je nach Situation gro\u00dfe Unterschiede in der Reife gibt. Wenn ein Kind ein Trauma erlebt hat, kann seine Reife die Integration seiner sensorischen, kognitiven und emotionalen F\u00e4higkeiten in ein funktionierendes Ganzes behindern. Ein Trauma kann das Gehirn eines Kindes auf komplexe Weise beeinflussen, und die Art und der Zeitpunkt der Vernachl\u00e4ssigung oder des Missbrauchs k\u00f6nnen die Entwicklung seines Gehirns beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist keine vollst\u00e4ndige Liste, aber hier sind einige Anzeichen f\u00fcr eine unterschiedliche Reife:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emotionale Dysregulation liegt vor, wenn sich ein Kind ohne ersichtlichen Grund verzweifelt, \u00e4ngstlich oder dysreguliert f\u00fchlt (und entsprechend handelt). Es gibt wahrscheinlich einen Ausl\u00f6ser, ob es sich dessen bewusst ist oder nicht \u2026 sein Nervensystem ist sich dessen bewusst.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6rperliche\/somatische Symptome, die unerkl\u00e4rlich sind oder scheinbar ohne Grund auftreten (aber mit einer Stressreaktion\/Traumareaktion zusammenh\u00e4ngen). Dazu k\u00f6nnen (unter anderem) Schlaflosigkeit, Schwindel, Fibromyalgie, Reizdarmsyndrom, chronische Migr\u00e4ne oder chronische M\u00fcdigkeit geh\u00f6ren.<\/li>\n<li>Von Altersregression spricht man, wenn das Verhalten eines Kindes aufgrund eines Traumas oder einer Stressreaktion auf ein viel fr\u00fcheres Reifestadium zur\u00fcckf\u00e4llt. Dies \u00e4hnelt am ehesten der Dysreife, umfasst aber noch weitere Symptome, die es unter die \u00dcberschrift gemischte Reife einordnen.<\/li>\n<li>Von einer psychischen Entwicklungsst\u00f6rung spricht man, wenn ein Kind aufgrund eines Traumas oder einer Vernachl\u00e4ssigung, die es erlebt hat, nicht in der Lage ist, emotional zu reifen oder sich nur sehr langsam weiterentwickelt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich wei\u00df nicht, ob irgendetwas davon jetzt oder in Zukunft auf Sie zutrifft, aber es ist immer etwas, auf das Sie achten und das Sie ber\u00fccksichtigen sollten, wenn Sie dem Kind in Ihrer Obhut helfen, zu heilen und daran zu arbeiten, sein Bestes zu geben.<\/p>\n<p>Aufrichtig,<\/p>\n<p>Kris<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My previous post discussed dysmaturity.
