Firefly Children & Family Alliance was recently named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana. This marks the 20th edition for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative.<\/p>\n
The statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Best Places to Work program is a great way for organizations to take the temperature of their culture and how it\u2019s resonating with today\u2019s workers,\u201d says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. \u201cWe salute each of this year\u2019s winners for their commitment to displaying best practices in their workplaces, which are enabling them to attract and retain employee, as well as drive increased productivity and overall success.\u201d<\/p>\n
Organizations from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated workplace\u2019s policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.<\/p>\n
The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana, analyzed the data and determined the honorees and rankings.<\/p>\n
\u201cFirefly is honored to be recognized as one of Indiana\u2019s Best Places to Work,\u201d says Firefly President and CEO Tina Cloer. \u201cOur work to empower individuals to build stronger families and communities across the state is not possible without the care and dedication of our staff.\u201d<\/p>\n
Best Places to Work in Indiana winners were selected from five categories: small companies of between 15 and 34 U.S. employees; small-medium companies of between 35 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.<\/p>\n
